Terms & Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User") and imenang ("Company", "we", "platform"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the imenang platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions contained herein.

This Agreement should be read together with the imenang Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which form a comprehensive set of agreements between you and us. Should there be any conflict between those documents, these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence unless specifically stated otherwise.

imenang reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page from time to time to ensure you are aware of the latest amendments. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is considered acceptance of the revised terms.

To be eligible to use the imenang platform, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times during your use of the platform:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration and every time you use the platform.
• Be an individual with the legal capacity to enter into a valid contract.
• Not be located in any jurisdiction that prohibits or restricts the use of online gambling platforms.
• Not be included on any self-exclusion list or gambling limit programme that you have personally applied for.
• Not be an employee, business partner, or close family member of an imenang employee.

imenang reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in account suspension or closure while verification is carried out.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any time. Holding more than one account — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other details — is a serious breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all related accounts along with forfeiture of balances.

3.1 User Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for:

• Providing registration information that is accurate, complete, and up to date at all times.
• Keeping your account password and login details confidential.
• All activity that takes place under your account, whether or not with your knowledge.
• Notifying imenang promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.2 Identity Verification

imenang reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before allowing withdrawals or at any time deemed necessary. Documents that may be required include a copy of your MyKad or valid identity document, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

imenang accepts deposits and withdrawals through the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX (such as Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and others as examples of FPX), Boost, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

4.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is RM50.
• Deposited funds must come from a legitimate source and must be owned by the registered user.
• Third-party deposits are prohibited and may be frozen until an investigation is completed.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are normally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after the request is confirmed.
• imenang reserves the right to delay or freeze withdrawals for security review purposes or to meet KYC requirements.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to an account verified in the name of the registered user.

All bonus offers and promotions offered by imenang are subject to the specified terms and wagering requirements. Bonuses are granted solely at imenang's discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

imenang offers a welcome bonus of 120% of the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. Example: deposit RM100 → bonus RM120 → account balance RM220 → wagering requirement RM120 × 15 = RM1,800 before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

For larger deposits: deposit RM2,600 → bonus RM1,500 → account balance RM4,100 → wagering requirement RM1,500 × 15 = RM22,500.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• The welcome bonus requires wagering of 15 times the bonus amount before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Bets placed using cash funds (not bonus funds) do not count towards meeting the bonus wagering requirement.
• Games that qualify towards the bonus wagering requirement are subject to the rules set by imenang from time to time.

5.3 VIP Programme & Weekly Cashback

imenang offers a multi-tier VIP programme with weekly cashback that increases according to membership level:

• 🥉 Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• 🥈 Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• 🥇 Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• 💎 Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Progression to a higher VIP tier depends on overall gaming activity. Weekly cashback is credited according to a set schedule and is subject to its own wagering terms.

The imenang platform offers a range of game types including online slots, live casino, sports betting, and card games such as Teen Patti, Dragon Tiger, and more. Each game category has its own specific rules that users need to understand.

6.1 Game Results

All game results are final once processed by the system. Disputed results will be reviewed based on system logs and transaction records maintained by imenang. The outcome of imenang's review is final and binding.

6.2 Technical Issues

In the event of a technical disruption, internet connection failure, or system fault during a game, imenang will determine the appropriate course of action based on system records at the time of the incident. imenang is not responsible for any losses arising from connection issues on the user's end.

• Bets that have been placed and confirmed by the system are considered valid even if a disruption occurs afterwards.
• Bets that cannot be confirmed by the system due to a technical issue will be cancelled and the funds returned.
• imenang reserves the right to cancel or suspend any game for system maintenance purposes.

Users are required to interact with the platform and our staff in a respectful and responsible manner at all times. Unethical or unlawful conduct is strictly prohibited.

7.1 Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on the imenang platform:

• Use of bots, automation software, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage in games.
• Attempts to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform's security systems.
• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's identity.
• Bonus abuse through betting techniques specifically designed to exploit the system.
• Use of the platform for money laundering or other criminal activities.
• Any conduct that threatens, harasses, or discriminates against other users or staff.

7.2 Responsible Gambling

imenang reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to do so.

8.1 Closure by imenang

An account may be closed or suspended for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Holding multiple accounts.
• A request from a competent authority.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, imenang reserves the right to withhold the account balance while an investigation is carried out. If fraud is confirmed, all balances including winnings will be forfeited.

8.2 Closure at User Request

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting the imenang support team via live chat or email. The request will be processed within the specified timeframe and any valid balance will be returned once all requirements have been met.

The imenang platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. imenang does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be error-free, or be fully secure at all times.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, imenang is not liable for:

• Any financial loss incurred as a result of game outcomes.
• Disruption or data loss caused by technical issues beyond our control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

imenang reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on this page, unless a different effective date is stated.

We will endeavour to notify users of significant changes via notifications on the platform or to the registered email address. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is posted will be considered acceptance of the amended terms.

imenang operates under an international licence. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to that licence. Any dispute arising in connection with this Agreement will first be resolved through good-faith negotiations between both parties.

If negotiations fail to reach a resolution within a reasonable period, the dispute will be referred to the applicable arbitration process or competent tribunal as required by the licensing conditions governing the platform's operations. Any decision reached through that process is final and binding on both parties.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to law by a court or competent body, that provision will be severed from this Agreement while the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
